Patrick Mahomes Confirms Infant Daughter Will Be At Super Bowl: ‘Hope That We Get Her A Win’

Kansas City Chiefs star QB Patrick Mahomes confirmed that all of his family will be attending Super Bowl LIX on Sunday in New Orleans, and that includes his 3-week-old daughter, Golden Raye.

Speaking to members of the press, Mahomes said it’s “always motivating” when you have another baby, and that having his family there, including wife Brittany Mahomes and their two other kids, daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze,” 2, at his games means everything, Page Six reported.

“She’s been amazing, she’s been sleeping well,” Mahomes said. “Mom’s been extremely happy, and I’m excited for her to be able to come. I think it’ll be her first football game at the Super Bowl, and I hope that we get her a win.”

“I mean, just because I want them to have the same experiences that the other two had,” he added.

At another Super Bowl media event, the Chiefs QB was asked about being a dad of three kids and how it compares to Kansas City possibly winning a three-peat in the Super Bowl.

“Being a new dad of three is not easy,” Mahomes said. “You know I have a lot of help. So, that’s helped me out right now.”

“But after the Super Bowl, I’m all hands on deck,” he added. “So, it’s going to be dad time. I’m going to be playing. I’m going to be playing defense with those two older ones. So, we’re going to see how it goes. But three-peat’s not easy either. But being a dad of three, I know that’s going to be a challenge.”

During the Chiefs playoff bye week, earned after leading the pack in the AFC with a 15-2 record, Brittany gave birth to the couple’s third child.

She later shared the happy news on Instagram about their little one’s arrival, with a sweet black-and-white photo that included their daughter’s name “•Golden Raye Mahomes• 1/12/25.”

Brittany and Patrick met in high school in Texas. They welcomed a daughter in 2021, and the couple finally tied the knot in 2022. In 2022, they shared news that they were expecting again and welcomed their son later that year. In July 2024, the couple announced the exciting news that they were expecting again.

Brittany captioned her post, “Round three, here we come.”
