Israel Moves Military Forces To North For ‘New Phase’ Of War Against Hezbollah

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are starting to move more military forces to the northern part of the country as it begins a “new phase” of war against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.

The move comes after Israel conducted two major waves of precision bombings on Tuesday and Wednesday, detonating thousands of pagers and walkie talkies that it intercepted and loaded with explosives before they were received by Hezbollah and distributed to their terrorist fighters.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that Hezbollah was “not Hamas,” a reference to how the Iranian-backed terrorist group is larger in size, better equipped, and better trained than the Palestinian terrorists in Gaza.

“The center of gravity is moving north,” he said. “We are diverting forces, resources, and energy toward the north. We are entering a new phase of the war – one that demands courage, determination, and perseverance.”

Various reports on social media said that residents in the northern part of the country were noticing a significant uptick in Israel military hardware, including tanks and artillery, that were being moved to the border with Lebanon.

“We have not forgotten the hostages and we have not forgotten our tasks in the south,” he added. “This is our duty and we are performing it at the same time. This operation involves all branches, and the mission is clear and simple: to bring the residents of northern communities back to their homes in safety.”

The moves come as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is reportedly considering dismissing Gallant as his defense minister because of public clashes they have had about how Netanyahu is managing Israel’s war against genocidal Islamic terrorists.

“It’s insufferable, and the prime minister seems to understand that it’s insufferable, and that a new defense minister is needed,” said Shlomo Karhi, a Likud minister. “Who will that be? What’s needed is someone the prime minister can trust.”

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
