Kamala Craters When Asked What She Wants To ‘Turn The Page From’

Vice President Kamala Harris came undone during an interview on Wednesday night when confronted over her campaign’s “a new way forward” slogan.

The moment came during a contentious interview with Fox News host Bret Baier when he asked her how she would be different from President Joe Biden, a question that she has avoided answering.

“Your campaign slogan is ‘a new way forward,’ and ‘it’s time to turn the page,'” he said. “You’ve been vice president for three and a half years.”

“So what are you turning the page from?” he asked.

Harris responded, “Well, first of all, turning the page from the last decade in which we have been burdened with the kind of rhetoric coming from Donald Trump that has been designed and implemented to divide our country and have Americans literally point fingers at each other, rhetoric and an approach to leadership that suggests that the strength of a leader is based on who you beat down instead of what we all know. The strength of leadership is based on who you lift up.”

“The strength of an American president, which is one who understands that the vast majority of us have more in common than what separates us,” she continued.

Baier informed Harris that new polling has found that 79% of Americans say that the country is headed in the wrong direction under the Biden-Harris administration.

“If it’s on the wrong track, that track follows three and a half years of you being vice president and President Biden being president. That is what they’re saying — 79% of them,” Baier said.

“Why are they saying that if you’re turning the page?” he asked. “You’ve been in office for three and a half years.”

“And Donald Trump has been running for office since–” Harris awkwardly said.

“You’ve been the person holding the office,” Baier noted.

“Come on, you and I both know what I am talking about,” she claimed. “You and I both know what I am talking about.”

“I actually don’t,” Baier responded. “What are you talking about?”

When Harris continued to dodge the question, Baier noted: “You have the lever of power.”

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
