Pelosi Suggests Adding Biden To Mount Rushmore

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the former speaker of the House of Representatives, suggested during an interview over the weekend that President Joe Biden should be added to Mount Rushmore.

Pelosi made the remarks during an interview that aired Sunday on CBS News’ “Sunday Morning” where she discussed a wide range of issues.

The clip comes after the failed president was forced drop out of the presidential race against former President Donald Trump because his poll numbers plummeted after he showed serious signs of cognitive impairment during June’s presidential debate.

“So he was in a good place to make whatever decision, at the top of his game,” Pelosi said about Biden’s decision to drop out of the race.

“Such a consequential president of the United States, a Mount Rushmore kind of president of the United States,” she continued.

Left-wing journalist Leslie Stahl was surprised by Pelosi’s comment and had to check if Pelosi was serious about what she had said.

“Lincoln and Joe Biden?” Stahl asked.

“But you’ve got Teddy Roosevelt up there and he’s wonderful,” Pelosi said. “I don’t say take him down, but you can add Biden.”

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
