‘She’s Not Running For ‘Momala’: Andrew Klavan Slams Kamala’s Softball Interviews

Daily Wire host Andrew Klavan slammed the softball interviews the Vice President has been taking because he said she’s running to run a country, not be “Momala.”

During the Sirius XM “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast on Monday, the host of “The Andrew Klavan Show,” spoke to Kelly about Harris going on the sex podcast “Call Her Daddy” and “The Howard Stern Show” instead of places where she might have to face hard questions while wanting to be President of the United States.

“Don’t you think that people are looking at this and see that this is a dodge, that they are being mistreated,” Klavan said. “They the voter is being disrespected here. I mean it’s not Kamala Harris is being disrespected, it’s not Donald Trump … it’s the people who have a right to know what this woman is going to do at 3:00 in the morning when we find out that Iran has launched a missile, not just at Israel, but at us.”

“You know that’s the job she’s running for,” he added. “She’s not running for ‘Momala’ … She’s running to run a country that has been driven into a serious state of disrepair and crisis on the watch of her administration.”

“It’s no good saying, ‘Well, she was just the vice president. The president himself has said she was in on everything,’” Klavan continued.  “She, as far as he was concerned, she was just as qualified as he is … but I think that you know I just I just have to wonder and I think if we have a country in which people can watch what you just showed and watch the kind of conversation that Kamala Harris is opening herself to and say, ‘Yes, you know that, by golly, that’s the lady I want in the White House,’ then maybe you know unfortunately we get what they deserve.”

The DW host said he has to believe there comes a time when Americans will say they are done and not “voting for these people” after he said they have been lied to by the major news media over and over again on “major issues” over the last “four years, five years, eight years on several issues of tremendous importance.”

“Even the people who hate [former President] Donald Trump. I can understand why people don’t like Donald Trump. I can’t understand why they would vote for Kamala Harris,” Klavan said. “What has she said? What has she done? What has she accomplished that they support?”

At one point, Klavan and Kelly talked about Trump’s return to Butler, PA, on Saturday following the first attempted assassination attempt on the president’s life there. Klavan talked about the inspirational message Trump sent returning to the scene of the shooting and said, “He [Trump] has proven he is who he says he is. And at this point, you can dislike him, but you can’t disrespect him.”

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
