5 Ways Trump Is Making America the ‘Hottest Country in the World,’ According to the White House

Sunday marked six months into President Donald Trump’s second term, which the White House says has been characterized by “winning.”

“In just six months, President Trump has made America the hottest country in the world,” assistant press secretary Liz Huston told The Daily Signal. “President Trump is delivering on his promises in record time—The border is secure, Joe Biden’s inflation crisis has been defeated, and hardworking Americans are keeping more of their paychecks, thanks to the largest tax cut in American history.”

Trump posted about the milestone on his social media platform, Truth Social: “One year ago, our Country was DEAD, with almost no hope of revival. Today, the USA is the ‘hottest’ and most respected Country anywhere in the World.”

Passing One Big Beautiful Bill Act, Rescissions

After months of negotiation, Congress passed Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill,” a spending package including the largest tax cut in American history.

Trump campaigned on establishing no taxes on tips and no taxes on overtime, and the bill delivered on those promises.

The president also urged the bill’s passage to provide funding for key priorities, such as border security and defense, as well to prevent an automatic tax increase at the end of the year when his 2017 first-term tax cuts would have expired.

The bill increases Americans’ take-home pay up to $13,300 and terminates Medicaid benefits for at least 1.4 million illegal immigrants, the White House said.

Congress also passed Trump’s rescissions package, which cuts funding for left-wing publicly funded media NPR and PBS, and for USAID, saving taxpayers $9 billion.

Protecting Kids From Transgender Ideology

Since Trump’s executive order “protecting children from chemical and surgical mutilation,” many hospitals have ceased to offer transgender procedures for minors, among them irreversible surgeries and sterilizing hormone-replacement regimens.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the largest provider of child gender transitions, announced it would close its youth gender medicine wing.

“The president made it a very early priority to sign very strong executive orders to cut off the funding for any hospital or any medical facility in this country that provides such barbaric procedures,” presidential press secretary Karoline Leavitt said. “And, as a result of that strong policy and the president’s strong commonsense position on this issue, we’ve had such an overwhelming response, which is great for children.”

Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., also recently announced it will no longer provide transgender medical interventions.

Securing the Border

U.S. Customs and Border Patrol encountered only 6,070 illegal immigrants at the southern border in June, beating the previous record, from March, by 15%. Not a single illegal immigrant was released into the U.S. on parole in June, compared to 27,766 a year prior.

The administration also achieved a record for the number of deportation flights in a month in June.

One million illegal aliens have already self-deported, according to Stephen Miller, deputy chief of staff.

“At every turn, illegal aliens have always been treated better than Americans,” Miller said on Fox News. “The difference is, in this administration, they are getting a ticket out of America.”

More than 600 known and suspected terrorists have been removed from the United States.

More than 100,000 illegal alien criminals, including more than 2,700 members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, have been arrested.

Making America Affordable

The wholesale price of a dozen eggs is down 53% since the inauguration. It’s down 62% from its March peak.

The Department of Agriculture instituted a five-point plan, including bringing more hens in to repopulate flocks; removing red tape to help the industry grow; considering temporary egg imports; testing vaccines that protect chickens; and helping farmers prevent the bird flu.

Since January, the economy has added 671,000 jobs for native-born workers.

Core inflation is at just 2.1%, and it has been lower than economists predicted each month.

Gas prices often increase in the summer as more motorists hit the road, but this year’s pump prices have dropped to match the summer of 2021, the last time seasonal gas prices were at their current low.

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
