‘Her Words Mean Nothing … Don’t Fall For It’: Trump’s Ambassador To Israel Warns Jews About Kamala’s Fake Promises

Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman, who helped his longtime friend former President Donald Trump implement the historic Abraham Accords and the move of the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, warned American Jews about the duplicity of Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris’ words regarding the Jewish State in her acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention.

“Let me be clear,” Harris started. “I will always stand up for Israel’s right to defend itself, and I will always ensure Israel has the ability to defend itself, because the people of Israel must never again face the horror that a terrorist organization called Hamas caused on Oct. 7, including unspeakable sexual violence and the massacre of young people at a music festival.”

Then she turned to the Palestinians, contending, “At the same time, what has happened in Gaza over the past 10 months is devastating. So many innocent lives lost. Desperate, hungry people fleeing for safety, over and over again. The scale of suffering is heartbreaking.”

“President Biden and I are working to end this war, such that Israel is secure, the hostages are released, the suffering in Gaza ends and the Palestinian people can realize their right to dignity, security, freedom and self-determination,” she claimed.

“And know this: I will never hesitate to take whatever action is necessary to defend our forces and our interests against Iran and Iran-backed terrorists,” she blustered.

Friedman proceeded to parse Harris’ words so Jews would know what they could genuinely expect from Harris should she be elected. “To my friends who support Israel. I know that many of you are breathing a sigh of relief that @VP  offered some platitudes about for Israel. Please think again,” he warned on X, then delineated how deceptive Harris was with her rhetoric:

I’ve lived these issues now for years and I can assure you that her words meant nothing. For example: 1) She says she will always support Israel’s right to defend itself — code word for America, not Israel, will determine what is the appropriate measure of defense and pressure Israel accordingly.  2) October 7 can never happen again — code word for America will force Israel into unwise concessions to the Palestinians on faulty speculation that this will deradicalize  the population and avoid further violence.  3) Iran will never go nuclear — code word for America will appease, cajole and beg Iran not to go nuclear but never impose serious pressure.  4) Palestinians are entitled to self-determination — code word for Jews living in Judea and Samaria, their Biblical homeland, should all be evicted in favor of Palestinians who have never had their own state and who represent an existential threat to Israel.

“Her speech was about as reassuring as her husband’s waxing on about her brisket,” Friedman declared. “Remember, under her administration, (1) sanctions against Iran were not enforced and Iran gained $200B+ in GDP which it used to fund the current crisis, (2) funding to UNRWA was restored and used to fund Hamas, (3) Israel was denied essential weapons that it needed to defeat Hamas and an arms embargo was ‘under discussion,’ and (4) a Palestinian state was foolishly presented as the fix for October 7!”

“We have to stop falling for the bagels and lox narratives that the Democrats have used repeatedly to defraud Jews into voting for them. Don’t fall for it. Be smarter!” he concluded.

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
