Illegal Alien Hit With Federal Charges for Sexual Exploitation of Minor

An illegal alien has been indicted by a grand jury in Ohio for disturbing sex crimes against a minor. Victor Juarez, a 26-year-old Mexican national, is accused of sexually exploiting a 12-year-old girl, including creating videos of such exploitation.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, Juarez allegedly created videos involving the girl on at least 13 occasions in October and November 2024 and has been charged with 13 counts of sexual exploitation of children. He was also charged with rape in February 2025 in Hamilton County. “The federal charges will now supersede his local ones,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. “Sexually exploiting children is a federal crime punishable by at least 15 years and up to 30 years in prison.”

The Daily Signal reached out to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for further comment and to ask when Juarez came into the United States illegally. A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office responded that such information will be passed along when it becomes available.

The FBI’s Cincinnati Division is involved in the case and shared the U.S. Attorney’s Office press release over social media as a “News Alert.”

Local news coverage from WLWT also highlighted how Juarez’s rape charge from February involved a minor, and that he has been held in the Hamilton County Justice Center since that month.

Sen. Bernie Moreno, R-Ohio, has also raised awareness about another accused illegal immigrant who has been charged with disturbing crimes. Last month, Moreno shared a letter from the FBI regarding Anthony Emmanuel Labrador-Sierra, a 24-year-old Venezuelan national accused of impersonating a 16-year-old high school student.

Labrador-Sierra has been charged by a grand jury for the Northern District of Ohio with several criminal offenses, including possession of a firearm by an alien unlawfully in the United States, making a false statement in connection with the acquisition of a firearm, and making or using a false document.

Crackdown on illegal immigrants has been driving the news in Ohio in recent months, as the state legislature plans to consider stricter enforcement laws once members return next month.

At the federal level, the Trump administration has also been cracking down much more strongly on illegal immigration. For three months in a row, no illegal immigrants have been released into the country, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
