‘I’m Not Feeling This Plan’: NYC-Native 50 Cent Says He’ll Put Up Six Figures For Mamdani To Go Away

Rapper Curtis James Jackson III — better known to most simply as 50 Cent — said he was ready to put up six figures if it would get Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani to leave New York City.

Mamdani, who pulled out a surprise win against disgraced former Governor Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) in the Democratic primary, made a recent appearance on the popular radio show “The Breakfast Club” with host Charlamagne the God. While there, he promoted his economic vision for New York City — which included raising the corporate tax rate and hitting the top one percent with additional income taxes.

“We’re talking about corporations that are making millions of dollars, not in revenue, but in profit,” Mamdani explained. “And the second is taxing the top 1% of New Yorkers. We’re talking about people who make a million dollars a year or more, taxing them just by a flat 2% tax increase.”

He even took a moment to call out the rapper directly — and 50 Cent made it clear in his response that he was not impressed.

“I know if 50 Cent is listening, he’s not going to be happy about this. He tends to not like this tax policy, but I want to be very clear this is about $20,000 a year,” Mamdani said.

“Where did he come from ???? whose friend is this? I’m not feeling this plan, no. I will give him $258,750 and a first class one way ticket away from NY. I’m telling Trump what he said too,” the rapper captioned video from Mamdani’s appearance on the show.

Trump has also made his feelings about Mamdani abundantly clear, saying in a post to Truth Social that the Queens Assemblyman is a “100% Communist Lunatic!”

“It’s finally happened, the Democrats have crossed the line,” Trump said. “Zohran Mamdani, a 100% Communist Lunatic, has just won the Dem Primary, and is on his way to becoming Mayor. We’ve had Radical Lefties before, but this is getting a little ridiculous. He looks TERRIBLE, his voice is grating, he’s not very smart, he’s got AOC+3, Dummies ALL, backing him, and even our Great Palestinian Senator, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, is groveling over him. Yes, this is a big moment in the History of our Country!”

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
