Iran Fires Approximately 200 Ballistic Missiles At Israel

The Islamic Republic of Iran fired scores of ballistic missiles at Israel on Tuesday night, sending the entire country running for bomb shelters.

“All Israeli civilians are in bomb shelters as rockets from Iran are fired at Israel,” the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement. “Approx. 10 million civilians are the targets of Iranian projectiles.”

Various reports pinned the number of ballistic missiles fired from inside Iran at Israel during the first wave of the attack at approximately 100. It appears that Iran fired another 100 missiles in a second wave.

Videos circulated online appeared to show the moment that some of the ballistic missiles exploded on the ground.

There was also extensive footage showing missiles flying in Israeli airspace, with some being intercepted by the Iron Dome.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a designated terrorist organization, said that the attack came in response to Israel killing Hamas terrorist leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.

Video was also released from the IRGC showing ballistic missiles launched targeting Israel.

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
