Trump Chides Host During First 100 Days Interview: ‘ABC Is One Of The Worst’

President Donald Trump chided an ABC host during an interview marking his first 100 days as president, making it clear that he was granting the interview in spite of his distrust of legacy media.

Trump sat down with ABC News anchor and Senior National Correspondent Terry Moran in the Oval Office for a wide-ranging conversation about the first few months of his second administration — but he never let the veteran news anchor forget that he was viewed by Trump and his team as the opposition.

“Do you think the reputation of the United States has gone down under your presidency?” Moran asked.

“No, I think it’s gone way up,” Trump replied. “I think we’re a respected country again. We were laughed at all over the world. We had a President that couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs, couldn’t walk down a flight of stairs, couldn’t walk across a stage without falling. We had a President that was grossly incompetent. You knew it, I knew it, and everybody knew it.”

“But you guys didn’t want to write it because you’re FAKE NEWS,” Trump continued.

“All right, thank you,” Moran tried to regain control of the conversation, but Trump kept going.

“And by the way, ABC is one of the worst,” he said. “I have to be honest with you.”

Trump jabbed at Joe Biden again as he explained to Moran why he felt justified in revoking the former president’s security clearances.

“Biden did something to me and I did something to Biden, and you know why I did it? Because he’s grossly incompetent,” Trump said. “That’s not a man that should be allowed to be looking at things that are very confidential. Here’s a man that used an AUTOPEN to sign very important documents!”
