Trump Rips Democrats After Congressional Address, Says Behavior Will Cost Them Elections

President Donald Trump slammed congressional Democrats on Wednesday evening for their disruptive behavior during his address this week to Congress.

“The Democrats should lose the Midterms based on their behavior at last night’s Joint Address to Congress,” Trump posted on social media.

Trump encouraged Republicans to use the behavior that Democrats exhibited as he spoke about key issues when they hit the campaign trail for the midterms.

“All Republicans must use their behavior on men in women’s sports, their very dangerous Open Border policy, High Energy and Taxes, and much else,” Trump said. “Also, Republicans should utilize the footage provided on the total disrespect they showed to all of those that were honored that night, including young ladies who were killed by illegal migrants, people with terminal cancer, etc.”

“They didn’t even have the common courtesy to stand, smile, or applaud,” he added. “This could be, on analyzing the full tape of this Historic Event, your full CAMPAIGN TO VICTORY! In other words, Republicans can take what happened last night, and win any Race in the Country. Good Luck!!!”

Democrats were widely criticized following the event for their behavior during it.

Top Democratic political strategist David Axelrod said on CNN following the address, “I will say, I thought Democrats, I thought that was – I think there were times when they should have risen. I think what Al Green did was despicable.” Axelrod said.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) wrote in a post on X that “the way Democrats behaved was unserious and embarrassing.”

“The contrast between our forward looking vision and their temper tantrums was on display for all of America to see,” he added.

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
