‘The View’ Host Who Called White Women ‘Roaches’ Complains About DOGE Team Member’s ‘Racist’ Posts

“The View” host Sunny Hostin complained during Monday’s show about some resurfacing racially-charged posts made by one of the young men billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk brought in to work on the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) project.

Hostin has repeatedly attacked white women from her perch at the ABC News midday talk show – even comparing them on one occasion to roaches — but during Monday’s broadcast, she poured on the sarcasm.

“I didn’t realize racism was okay,” she snarked. “I’ve often said I’ve never met a racist who says, ‘Hi, I’m a racist.’ Now I have met a racist who says, ‘Hi, I’m a racist.'”

Several in the audience and around the table laughed as Hostin continued, “But I will say this: I’m so tired of this notion that a white man doing something like this at age 25 is a kid doing it, because your frontal lobe is fully developed at 25, you are a graduate of Rutgers University. You’re an engineer. You have had several positions, jobs, with Elon Musk. You are not a kid. You are a man.”

“And so this notion that, oh, well, he made childish mistakes and it shouldn’t ruin his life because he’s just a kid, really there’s a juxtaposition which, how they do treat black boys,” Hostin claimed. She made no effort to explain why many on the Left still refer to Michael Brown — who was a legal adult (18) and was six feet, four inches tall, and 292 pounds when he physically assaulted a police officer — as a “child.”

“Black kids are often treated as adults when they actually are children,” she claimed. “So I really, really noticed that. And the other thing I’ll say is the engineering DOG team under Elon Musk —”

“Doggy,” cohost Whoopi Goldberg corrected her as the audience laughed.

“Doggy team. The oldest person is 25. They range in age from 19 to 25, and they are the ones that have the access to our most serious sensitive information and they have no real work experience. What happened to a meritocracy? What happened to that?” Hostin asked then, apparently suggesting that “merit” was somehow contingent on age and work experience.

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
