NBC Dragged Over Ridiculous ‘Lone Wolf’ Headline On Spate Of Anti-Israel Terror Attacks

NBC News took a wave of backlash over a Monday headline addressing the most recent terror attack — driven by anti-Israel sentiment — that took place over the weekend in Boulder, Colorado.

The headline read, “Lone wolf attacks on Jewish Americans in Boulder and D.C. highlight the difficulties in securing public spaces” — and appeared to attribute the dramatic uptick in violent attacks on Jewish Americans to the complexities of managing public safety.

But as critics quickly pointed out, a string of “lone wolf” attacks all apparently driven by the same hatred, the same ideological views — and, in some cases, the same religion — quickly becomes less of a lone wolf and more of a predictable pattern of behavior.

In the horrific attack in Boulder, Mohamed Sabry Soliman attacked a pro-Israel group protesting the terror group Hamas and calling for the immediate return of all remaining hostages. Using a homemade flamethrower, he injured several of the demonstrators — one critically. That attack came just 11 days after Elias Rodriguez gunned down two young Israeli Embassy staffers in Washington, D.C. Both, according to reports, used the phrase “Free Palestine” either during or after the attacks.
