The Justice Department announced Monday that it charged four noncitizens, including two illegal aliens, in the battleground state of Pennsylvania with illegal voting.

“Our sovereignty as a nation belongs to the American people and no one else,” U.S. Attorney David Metcalf for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said in a statement. “Anyone, including illegal aliens, who votes illegally in our elections will be prosecuted for corrupting our democracy.”
The Justice Department has brought more than two dozen election fraud cases in September alone, mostly against noncitizens for voting or registering to vote, both of which are crimes.
The Justice Department charged Cliff Sanon, 39, an illegal alien from Haiti living in Philadelphia, with one count of submitting a fraudulent voter registration application. The criminal complaint alleges Sanon submitted a voter registration application in February 2026 in Philadelphia County ahead of the May 2026 primary election. The complaint against Sanon further alleges this was among eight fraudulent voter registration applications he submitted. It alleges he voted in the November 2022 election.

Another alleged illegal alien was Dilea Ochoa-Perez, 43, from Mexico, living in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. She was charged with two counts of voting as an alien. The criminal complaint says she voted in Chester County in the November 2022 and November 2024 general elections.
Sade Guppy, 37, a national of Trinidad and Tobago, is a lawful permanent resident. Guppy was charged with one count of voting as an alien. Guppy allegedly illegally voted in Philadelphia County in the November 2022 general election, according to federal prosecutors.
Another lawful permanent resident is Mexican national Eduardo Gallardo Maldonado, 66, charged with one count of voting as an alien. Maldonado allegedly illegally voted in Philadelphia County in the November 2024 general election, according to prosecutors.
These cases were investigated by Homeland Security Investigations.
“Voting by noncitizens is illegal and has real consequences for the American public,” HSI Philadelphia Special Agent in Charge Nathan Abel said in a statement. “Every unlawful ballot can undermine confidence in the election process and diminish the voices of American citizens.”

Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies.
