America Is Watching Its Own Future Unfold

Paris is burning. 

So is Marseille. So is Lyon. So is Limoges. And so is Milan, Italy. 

This is not about “education policy.” It’s not about “cuts to social programs.” 

It’s about people who want to destroy the West. 

Period. 

We know them by their flag. It’s not the French flag. It’s not even the flag of communism. It is the flag of violent third-worldism and hatred of the West.

It is the Palestinian flag. And it is everywhere.

What we are seeing is an attempt to destroy a civilization. That is the dream of radical Muslims, third-worldists imported to France, and the communists in France and throughout the West. 

It was the dream of Jean-Paul Sartre, the nihilist philosopher who wrote an introduction to Franz Fanon’s 1960s book, “The Wretched of the Earth.”

The book was ostensibly about the Algerian revolt against French rule, but it was truly about the evils of colonialism. Sartre wrote in his introduction:

For in the first days of the revolt you must kill: to shoot down a European is to kill two birds with one stone, to destroy an oppressor and the man he oppresses at the same time: there remain a dead man, and a free man; the survivor, for the first time, feels a national soil under his foot. … It’s our turn to tread the path step by step, which leads down to native level. But to become natives altogether (By which he meant moral people), our soil must be occupied by a formerly colonized people and we must starve of hunger. 

The French decided to take that quite literally. The Limoges town hall, built in the 19th century, had survived two world wars. It was torched by the mob over the weekend; the roof was utterly destroyed.

What we are watching right now is a major revolt by people who despise France and their own civilization.

It’s not unique to France. It’s in Italy, Great Britain — and the United States.

And the Palestinian flag is ubiquitous: a stand-in for failure and hatred of the West. The Palestinian flag is all about the idea that terrorism, evil, and violence are all justified because of supposed Western colonialism and imperialism. 

That is why you’re seeing the French wave it. And it’s not just imports from the Third World or radical Muslim migrants who’ve been allowed in who are waving it; it’s also French citizens.

Video has emerged of the Champs-Élysées with people taking a break from the rioting — for prayer. 

You don’t usually see the Christian or Jewish community stopping for a prayer break before they continue looting. You apparently must coordinate with Allah before you continue to loot the local area.  

This is an invasion. These sorts of riots are symptomatic of an invasion of Western civilization. Police vehicles were being pelted in Marseille. 

Perhaps the only solution for these people is presumably a two-state solution, one giant Palestinian state in France and then the rest of France, or whatever is left of it when they get done. That’s all they want, really: to live in peace and quiet, with two states side by side and a shared capital in Paris. 

Every place that imports the Third World becomes the Third World. 

The idea for these people is that you should be more in solidarity with terrorists in the Middle East and radical Muslims in the Middle East. That will solve everything.

The riots we are currently seeing in France and Italy have nothing to do with lack of government spending. These countries, France and Italy, spend more on social welfare than virtually any countries on planet Earth. 

It is about the endless promises of the red-green alliance, the communists, socialists, and radical Muslims. Those people are overjoyed today.

It is important to note that young people have been at the center of every horrific movement of the 20th century. The Nazi Party was led by the youth and university students. The Communist Party was led by the youth and university students. It was true in China. It was true in Russia. Pol Pot’s revolution was led by university students. 

You have to be an imbecile to believe students will be your moral guides and exemplars.

But you can’t do it with the communists alone. You also need imports from the Third World and radical Muslims brought in from abroad. In France, foreign-born immigrants represent over 10% of the population. It’s the same in Italy. The Muslim population of France is now approaching 10%. It’s about 5% in Italy. 

But in the big cities it’s a lot more. Why are you seeing this kind of unrest in Paris and Marseille? Because a huge percentage of those cities is comprised of third-world migrants and radical Muslims. France’s Muslim population has jumped to 7% in 2025, up from 0.5% in 1985. Meanwhile, Catholic identification in France, a Catholic country, has declined from 83% in 1985 to 43% in 2025. Thirty-eight percent of French Muslims identify with the Muslim Brotherhood. Fifty-seven percent of respondents between the ages of 15 and 24 believe that Sharia law should trump French law.

In Italy, census data show that 11% of residents are foreign-born, regardless of citizenship or immigration status. Twenty-one percent of all foreign residents come from African nations. That’s what you see in areas like Ceuta; Morocco lies across the water from Italy.

Over in Britain, the rise of radical Islam is occurring alongside the rise of communism. According to the U.K. Telegraph, Smith, which was the most common family name in England for centuries, will be overtaken by the family name Khan. Muhammad is the most common first name for boys born in England.

I’m old enough to remember the Tea Party in the United States, which had zero incidents of rioting and zero incidents of serious violence.

Meanwhile, Occupy Wall Street, the leftist movement of the time, had huge encampments at which violence was breaking out fairly regularly.

Why? 

Because the movements are different. Not every movement is created the same. Today, you could have marches of people who support tax reform in the United States, but they won’t turn violent. 

The reason that you’re seeing mass violence in France is that those movements are made up of communists and Islamists and third-world migrants.

And the left-wing movement in the United States has become exactly the same as it is in France: a merger of communists and third-world radical Muslims. 

No one should doubt their intent.

This makes it absolutely essential for all of us on the Right to vote in November.
