The Judicial Investigation Agency in Costa Rica, their country's equivalent of the FBI, said the agency is seeking the public's help to identify a woman suspected of homicide after an American citizen who they identified as "Fleming" was found dead on Sept. 27 at a condominium near the beach.
The 74-year-old American citizen entered a condo in Playas del Coco, a seaside town in a popular tourist area on Costa Rica’s northern Pacific coast, at 4:50 p.m. on Sept. 27, according to Costa Rican authorities. The woman was allegedly seen leaving the condo without him.

The woman hasn't yet been identified, but authorities say she has "a fair complexion, a slender build, and black hair, and stands approximately 1.60 meters tall."
At the time of the alleged homicide, the woman was wearing blue denim shorts, sandals, and a white bra that had chain-like accessories on it. She was seen in security video released by police walking down a street with another woman.
The Judicial Investigation Agency in Costa Rica is asking anyone who may have information about the incident or the woman to contact 800-800-0645.

I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
