Doe has accused the seven men of being involved in the alleged sexual assault, which she says occurred while she was incapacitated after allegedly being drugged with ketamine. The men have denied the allegations and maintain their innocence.
New details from Cornell’s lengthy investigation into the incident reveal that two male students separately recalled the accuser getting out of bed and doing “bodybuilder” poses, or “flexing her muscles,” after other students had ingested ketamine off her chest.
One student told investigators that he did not remember who poured the ketamine or how much was consumed. He nevertheless recalled that the accuser “got up out of the bed and started doing like a bodybuilder pose” while other students were in the alumni room.
A second male student provided a similar account. He told investigators that he and another student had ingested ketamine off the accuser’s body and then she started “flexing her muscles.”
“He recalled that the next thing that happened was Complainant exiting the bed and ‘flexing her muscles to everybody in the room,’ after which [REDACTED] ‘came into the room and basically kick[ed] everyone out,’” the transcript stated.
Though The Daily Wire can’t independently confirm the identity of the accuser, known only as “Jane Doe,” the Instagram profile of a woman who has been identified as the accuser by journalist Michael Tracey shows her doing bodybuilding poses in many photos.
The details come as more information is being revealed about the night in question, which took place two years ago. While the accuser has named Moonies Bar and Nightclub in her civil lawsuit for serving her alcohol when she was 20 years old on the night of the incident, the bar maintains it never served her.
The bar says that it never “unlawfully sold, furnished or assisted in procuring alcoholic beverages to any person under the legal drinking age,” according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
In a recorded phone call with one of the men she accused of rape, Matthew Ingalls, on November 7, 2024, Doe told him he “already knew when I came in I was 10 shots deep.” Ingalls disputed her recollection, responding, “You did tell me you were sober, by the way. You did, you said you hadn’t been anywhere.”
Notably, the phone call in question appears to have been secretly recorded by the accuser. The calls have not been played in full, and Doe’s side of the conversation has not been released at all as only written statements or descriptions of what she allegedly said have been released by legacy media outlets.
Additionally, Ingalls has accused Doe of sexually assaulting him that night, alleging that he was too intoxicated to consent and that Doe sodomized him. In a February 2025 email to Cornell’s Title IX office, Ingalls wrote that he had been “sodomized by her while I was incapacitated” and accused Cornell of failing to properly inform him of his rights as a survivor of sexual assault. In a statement to the district attorney, Doe said Ingalls passed out while they were engaging in sexual activity and that she asked to stop while checking on him, seeming to corroborate, at least, how intoxicated Ingalls was during the encounter.
At least two other male students say Doe was the aggressor that night and that she never got their consent before engaging in sexual acts with them.
