In an astonishing prime-time moment, Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed left viewers stunned Monday night after attempting to equate routine, health-promoting male circumcision with irreversible gender surgeries for minors.

Appearing on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime,” the leftist candidate found himself backed into a corner when host Watters grilled him on whether he supported sex-change operations for kids.

Rather than giving a straight answer, El-Sayed launched into a libertarian-sounding defense of medical freedom, insisting that “the government shouldn’t tell you what kind of health care you should have.” But when Watters cut through the political jargon and asked El-Sayed point-blank if it’s okay for a parent to “slash his kid’s ding-a-ling off,” El-Sayed took a bizarre personal turn, asking the prime-time host if he was circumcised.

When Watters fired back that “circumcision is different than castration,” El-Sayed doubled down on the shocking comparison, snapping, “I’m just saying that, yes, circumcision is surgery on a kid’s ding-a-ling. So if you really want to bring that up, you can. I just think you guys are really selective about how you want to talk about these things.”

Watters fired back, “That’s wacky. Abdul, Michigan’s not going for that. That is sick stuff.”

El-Sayed’s jaw-dropping attempt to blur the lines between a simple, widely accepted preventive procedure and radical gender surgery completely ignores decades of mainstream medical science. Male circumcision is a routine health measure backed by overwhelming evidence from major medical authorities like the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“After comparing himself to Jesus, El-Sayed compares castrating a child to circumcision. 2 for 2 on comparisons that make him look like an absolute insane person,” said former White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson.

El-Sayed has advocated for life-altering gender procedures on children and for boys to compete in girls’ sports.

“Let the kids play. Trans rights are human rights,” he said in one unearthed clip.

While multiple studies have shown the dangers of gender procedures on children, three landmark randomized controlled trials in South Africa, Kenya, and Uganda showed that male circumcision reduces the risk of female-to-male HIV transmission by a staggering 50% to 60%. Removing the foreskin eliminates a concentration of vulnerable target cells and creates a thicker keratinized surface that resists viral penetration.

Circumcision cuts the acquisition of high-risk Human Papillomavirus (HPV) by 30% to 35% — drastically lowering the risk of penile cancer in men and cervical cancer in their female partners. Infant male circumcision reduces the risk of urinary tract infections during a baby’s first year by 80% to 90%. The procedure permanently eliminates painful anatomical issues like phimosis and balanitis.

Comparing a proven medical safeguard that protects men and their partners from life-threatening diseases to the surgical removal of healthy reproductive organs shows just how insane leftist candidates can be.

I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
