Muñoz said Fleming met Ortiz online and picked her up near Playas del Coco before driving her to his apartment. The two later got into some type of dispute, during which Ortiz allegedly struck Fleming and caused a fatal head injury, according to Muñoz. She's accused of stealing his bank cards, but it's unknown if they were used.

The woman had been on the run until authorities arrested her on Tuesday.
At the time of the alleged homicide, the woman was wearing blue denim shorts, sandals and a white bra that had chain-like accessories on it. She was seen in security video released by police walking down a street with another woman, who has also been arrested.
Muñoz said the arrest was the result of confidential tips that were sent to law enforcement, stating Ortiz was arrested at a house in San Felipe de Alajuelita.

I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
