Apparently, moving across the Atlantic wasn’t enough to keep the 64-year-old off our screens. Speaking on Monday’s “The Tangle With Kyle Ridley” podcast, the professional grumper confirmed she’ll be dropping in for the show’s milestone anniversary bash. But don’t panic just yet; she claims she’ll strictly be showing up “just as a guest” to take part “in whatever way they want.”

“They’re bringing back all the hosts, I think,” O’Donnell declared, puffing her chest out over a show she routinely trashes every chance she gets.

Naturally, Rosie couldn’t resist doing what she does best: airing dirty laundry and blaming everyone else for her own past televised meltdowns. Reflecting on her chaotic stints during Seasons 10 and 18, she took a swing at Whoopi Goldberg, lamenting that they weren’t the “Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen” dream team she expected. Instead, Rosie speculated that the 70-year-old Goldberg must have felt “encroached upon” by her presence.

She also dragged the show’s backstage atmosphere, calling it a talent-churning “factory” run by men. This came despite previously swearing on Brooke Shields’ podcast in 2023 that she would never step foot near the show again because defending “basic principles of humanity” was just too much work for her superior talents.

The big TV comeback announcement comes right on the heels of Rosie dramatically fleeing the United States altogether. Throwing the ultimate celebrity temper tantrum over Donald Trump’s presidential victory, the former talk show host packed her bags, grabbed her “non-binary” child Clay, and defected to Europe to chase down an Irish citizenship.

Rosie bragged on TikTok about sleeping so much better in her self-imposed exile, away from the “terrifying” politics of America. It’s just the latest chapter in her epic, two-decade-long obsession with Trump, which started way back in 2006 when she trashed him on live TV and he famously labeled her a “real loser.”

So while Ireland is stuck dealing with O’Donnell’s political doom-scrolling, American audiences will have to brace themselves when the ultimate daytime diva flies back to reclaim her moment in the spotlight.

I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
