The Pied Piker Is Leading All The Anti-American Vermin
The Pied Piker has been piping a dangerous tune for years. The question is whether anyone’s finally going to take away his flute.

The Leftist, who built a multi-million dollar streaming empire, is telling his followers to “kill those motherf*ckers” and “let the streets soak in their f*cking red capitalist blood.” This is a man who said America deserved 9/11, and who recently sat before his camera, voice visibly shaking, delivered the political commentary of his career: “Is this helpful for you if I go to f*cking prison?!?”
Me individually? Probably not. But America as a whole? Yes.
Hasan Piker, the wildly popular Marxist Twitch streamer, has been subpoenaed by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in connection with his participation in a Cuba aid convoy that, federal investigators believe, may have directly violated U.S. sanctions against the Communist Party of Cuba.
On his livestream this week, Hasan Piker says the federal probe is “not great.” You don’t say.
In March, Piker traveled to Havana as part of the Nuestra America Convoy, an international activist flotilla organized by a coalition of Marxist, socialist, and communist-aligned groups; including Code Pink and the Democratic Socialists of America. The convoy delivered aid directly to institutions controlled by the Communist Party of Cuba. They reportedly stayed at hotels on the U.S. State Department’s Cuba Restricted List; establishments that exist to directly benefit the Cuban regime and the Cuban regime alone.
So while millions of Cuban citizens endure 22-hour daily power blackouts and widespread starvation under the boot of the regime Piker so admires, he and his crew were partying in regime-linked hotels, handing over supplies to the very government that keeps those people in chains, and then posting about it online like it was a music festival.
You can imagine, if a Republican did this, it would spark DEFCON 1 over on Bluesky.
In the aftermath of the Communist Convoy, OFAC issued information requests to Piker, Code Pink co-founder Medea Benjamin, and roughly 40 other Americans, investigating whether they materially supported the Cuban government in violation of federal sanctions law. A second, arguably more serious question is also on the table: Was Hasan engaged in illegal foreign influence peddling? This would require federal registration as a foreign agent, but Piker hasn’t registered for anything except Twitch.
Follow the money, and you find Neville Roy Singham, a China-based Marxist billionaire who has funneled $285 million since 2017 into U.S. nonprofits pushing pro-Cuba, pro-China, anti-American messaging. Recipients include Code Pink, People’s Forum, PSL, and the ANSWER Coalition. His wife co-founded Code Pink. She was also on the Cuba convoy.
We know all of this partly because Piker confirmed it himself on a six-hour livestream he titled, with characteristic subtlety, “Feds Are After Me,” naming Singham as a “funding vehicle for a lot of political movements.” He called him “Roy.” Like a friend.
These are registered nonprofits. They are explicitly not supposed to be political operations. Yet here’s their most prominent amplifier, on camera, confirming the whole ecosystem is a coordinated machine bankrolled by a man in Shanghai.
Piker isn’t the wallet. He’s the flute. Leading millions astray.
Can we deport him? (We cannot. But allow us a moment.)
Hasan Piker is an American citizen. Born on U.S. soil while his parents were visiting, which is a compelling argument for revisiting birthright citizenship. His uncle is Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks, a progressive, Left-wing populist commentary program. He got a communications degree from Rutgers, moved to Hollywood, bought a $2.74 million home, and has spent the intervening years lambasting the very country that gave him everything.
Much as the impulse is understandable, we cannot deport him, but we can prosecute him.
If the evidence shows Piker financed, coordinated, or materially aided a sanctions-violating convoy; staying in regime-linked hotels, delivering goods directly to Communist Party entities, and confirming on-camera that he knew exactly whose money was behind it, then he deserves the maximum the law provides. Ruinous fines. Asset forfeiture. If criminal intent can be proven, prosecution.
America has, for a long time now, been operating with two sets of rules. On one hand are parents labeled domestic terrorists by the DOJ for showing up to school board meetings, January 6 defendants held for years in pretrial detention, and a Catholic grandmother prosecuted under the FACE Act for praying outside an abortion clinic. On the other hand, the liberals who burned federal courthouses in the summer of 2020, who had their charges dropped, and a Marxist streamer who hand-delivered supplies to a communist regime and bragged about it on camera, spent years being punished… by collecting a blue checkmark and a New York Times profile.
The radical Left has been living by a different standard entirely. This is where that road ends. Not with new laws or show trials or political persecution. With the simple, consistent application of the rules that already exist, applied equally to everyone, including and especially the loudest voices who’ve spent years insisting those rules don’t apply to them.
The man who once told his followers that America deserved 9/11 is now sitting in his $2.74 million Hollywood home, very sincerely hoping that America’s legal system will extend him a courtesy he never extended to anyone else.
For years, millions followed the Pied Piker wherever he led: toward Marxism, toward contempt for their own country, toward the warm ideological embrace of regimes that would jail them for the very speech he profits from. He played the tune. They marched.
The music has stopped. The answer now should be simple: equal justice under law, for everyone.
Even the Pied Piker.
