Trump Admin Deports Illegal Immigrant Who Groped Multiple Schoolgirls

The Trump administration deported an illegal immigrant convicted of groping nine girls at the Virginia high school he attended.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported Israel Christopher-Ortiz, 19, to his native El Salvador on Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security announced.

“This groper is GONE,” DHS said in an X post Wednesday.

“Israel Flores-Ortiz, an illegal alien who groped multiple high school girls in Fairfax County, VA, was DEPORTED to El Salvador yesterday,” the agency said. “DHS will never stop fighting to REMOVE sickos like Flores-Ortiz, and make America SAFE again.”

Flores-Ortiz was convicted in April of nine misdemeanor counts of assault and battery after several Fairfax High School students accused him of approaching them from behind and groping them in crowded hallways. Twelve girls testified during his trial. He was acquitted on three additional counts, and another was dismissed, according to the Washington Post.

He was sentenced to just 360 days behind bars for his crimes, followed by supervised probation. His sentence included credit for time already served.

An immigration judge ordered Flores-Ortiz’s deportation on Aug. 10, according to ICE. The Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office released him to federal immigration authorities on Aug. 31, three days before his scheduled release.

Flores-Ortiz crossed the border illegally in 2024 and was released into the country, according to ICE. He later enrolled at Fairfax High School.

One of the victims said she’d grown paranoid after undergoing the abuse.

“It’s impacting me because back then I didn’t have to look around,” she previously told ABC7. “I didn’t have to look around and make sure no one is going to touch me.”
