Less than 24 hours after Woods was arrested following a DUI rollover crash in Florida, Trump quietly returned to social media Saturday with a pair of Instagram story posts. Both featured her daughter, Kai Trump, at the Miami Open.

One showed Kai smiling alongside youth golf pro Allan Kournikova and a top tennis coach. The other was a video of Kai fielding fan questions in an “Ask Me Anything.”

Noticeably absent? Any mention of Woods or the crash that just landed him behind bars.

On Friday afternoon, Woods crashed his Range Rover near his Jupiter Island home after trying to pass a truck towing a pressure cleaner. The vehicle flipped. He managed to crawl out, but responding officers said he appeared “lethargic” and possibly under the influence of medication or drugs.

He was hit with DUI, property damage, and refusal to submit to a lawful test and spent about eight hours in jail.

“DUI investigators came to the scene here, and Mr. Woods did exemplify signs of impairment. They did several tests on him. Of course, he did explain the injuries and the surgeries that he had. We did take that into account, but they did do some in-depth roadside tests,” Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said.

Deputies said Woods showed signs of impairment at the scene. A breath test later showed no alcohol in his system, shifting attention to whether another substance may have been involved.

“We really weren’t suspicious of alcohol being involved in this case, and that proved to be true at the jail. … But when it came time for us to ask for a urinalysis test, he refused. And, so, he’s been charged with DUI, with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test,” Budensiek added.

Late Friday, President Trump weighed in on the crash, calling Woods a close friend.

“I feel so badly,” Trump said. “He’s an amazing person, amazing man, but some difficulty.”

Woods has not publicly commented on the crash or his arrest.

It’s not his first run-in. The crash marks Woods’ second DUI arrest and his fourth public car accident.

Trump, who has been dating Woods for over a year, was not in the vehicle.

She shares five children with Donald Trump Jr., who she divorced in 2018.

The couple, Woods and Trump, went public with their relationship last year after weeks of speculation and had just been spotted together days earlier at a golf event in Palm Beach.

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
