Andrew Tate Hit With Sick New Claims Over Minor Who Worked In His Webcam Empire

Disgraced manosphere kingpin Andrew Tate appeared in a sexualized video with an underage girl, British prosecutors claimed in court papers filed Monday.

The papers, filed in Florida federal court as part of the U.K.’s bid to bring Tate back to face trial, allege that police found 168 indecent images and videos of the teen on his phone and laptop after arresting him on suspicion of rape and sexual assault in July 2015, the Telegraph reported.

Prosecutors say 66 of the files fell into “Category A,” Britain’s most serious classification, and 26 were “Category B.” Investigators reportedly seized the devices from Tate’s home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

The girl was 17 at the time, according to the filing, and prosecutors claim Tate, who was 28, knew it.

According to the filing, the girl arrived in Britain from overseas in 2014 and quickly went to work for Tate’s webcam sex operation. Her passport, which police allegedly found inside his home, showed she was still a minor when he was arrested.

Prosecutors say a text exchange from January 2015 supports the claim that he knew her age. In those messages, the teen allegedly told Tate her parents had found out about her work and suspected he was pimping her out. Tate allegedly suggested he wouldn’t let her go home but worried her father might go to the cops, acknowledging in his reply that she wasn’t legally old enough.

Five months later, prosecutors allege, Tate shared videos of the girl in a WhatsApp group with three other men. He allegedly bragged that she worked for his webcam business and claimed one man had offered her $1,000 a day to perform a particular act on camera.

“Other videos seized from Tate’s devices allegedly involved extreme pornography, including a video of a person having sex with a live eel and another of a person having sex with a live horse,” the Telegraph reported.

Tate appeared on “Big Brother” in 2016, but producers booted him after six episodes when they learned of a video showing him whipping a woman with a belt. U.K. prosecutors declined to charge him in the 2015 case in 2019.

Monday’s filing also details claims from multiple women who say Tate choked them before and during sex they did not consent to. One accuser said he squeezed her neck so hard she feared her head would pop, and that she later lost consciousness.

Prosecutors claim Tate and his brother Tristan used recruitment, grooming, control and coercion as part of a pattern of sexual exploitation.

The brothers moved their webcam empire to Romania, where authorities arrested them in 2022 as part of a human-trafficking investigation. Romanian authorities later released them to house arrest, and prosecutors there indicted them. The brothers, who hold dual U.S. and U.K. citizenship, returned to the United States in 2025. Federal agents arrested them in Miami this July at Britain’s request. They now face 59 charges in the U.K., including rape and sex trafficking.

Last month Romanian prosecutors hit Andrew Tate with a fresh indictment for human trafficking and money laundering, The Daily Wire reported. Prosecutors accuse him of grooming a 15-year-old girl and forcing her into years of webcam work between 2012 and 2021, and of having sex with a second 15-year-old at two of his Romanian properties. They also accuse Tristan Tate of helping manage the victim’s accounts, roughing her up, and helping collect more than $1.25 million, some of which the brothers allegedly blew on four luxury cars.

Federal prosecutors have also flagged the brothers as flight risks, claiming they stashed fake passports, including a Mexican document Tristan allegedly held under the alias “Vladimir Scorpius.”

The Tates remain behind bars. Both have denied all wrongdoing and insist their encounters with women were consensual.
