Diddy Living Like A King In Prison With Massages, Smuggled Hennessy, Inmates On Payroll

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been living a pampered life inside federal prison, according to a new NBC News report.

Four men who spent time in Combs’ unit at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security prison in New Jersey, told NBC that fellow inmates cook for him, clean his living area, make his bed, do his laundry, and give him Chinese-style massages. Combs has allegedly spent thousands of dollars a month on the arrangements while serving his 50-month sentence.

“This is not some normal sh*t you see in jail. This is some rich sh*t,” one source told the outlet. “It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy.”

NBC also obtained video that appears to show Combs using a cellphone, which is banned in federal prison. Sources said he used contraband phones to access Instagram and view sexually explicit photos sent by a former girlfriend. He also allegedly obtained Remeron, an antidepressant known inside as “rem-roms,” from other inmates.

Sources also claimed that guards smuggled Hennessy into the facility on weekends for Combs and a small circle of inmates.

“Hell yeah, I drank with him,” one man told NBC. 

A spokesperson for Combs dismissed the report.

“The continued scrutiny of every mundane detail of Sean Combs’s life in prison has reached the point where the media characterizes ordinary prison life as news,” the spokesperson said. “The only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence while awaiting the court’s decision on his appeal.”

A Bureau of Prisons spokesperson declined to comment on Combs, citing “privacy, safety and security reasons.”

“Like all correctional agencies, contraband — particularly cell phones, narcotics, and weapons — remains a constant challenge, and we continue to tackle the problem of contraband being introduced into our facilities,” the spokesperson told NBC.

A jury convicted Combs in July 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, charges that carried up to 20 years in prison. He was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Prosecutors wanted to see the rapper behind bars for more than 11 years, calling Diddy “unrepentant.” A judge sentenced him last October to 50 months.

Combs is appealing his conviction and sentence, and the Second Circuit heard arguments in April. He also asked President Donald Trump for a pardon in a letter, but Trump said in January that he was not considering it.
