The potential landmark case marks the first time a sitting president has attended a Supreme Court argument.

Rep. Susie Lee, D-Nev., expressed outrage in a post at 1:03 a.m. on X over Trump’s attendance. Other X users took a photo of the post that the congresswoman apparently deleted later in the day.

“So f—ing f—ed up,” Lee posted. “I’ll pray they f— to his face. Sorry, I say f— a lot these days.”

In January 2025, Trump signed an executive order denying federal benefits such as passports to children born in the U.S. to illegal immigrants or those on limited-time visas.

Trump contends that birthright citizenship encourages illegal immigration and birth tourism, where women arrange to have babies in the United States.

Lower courts have ruled that Trump’s executive order violated the 14th Amendment.

Fibis I am just an average American. My teen years were in the late 70s and I participated in all that that decade offered. Started working young, too young. Then I joined the Army before I graduated High School. I spent 25 years in, mostly in Infantry units. Since then I've worked in information technology positions all at small family owned companies. At this rate I'll never be a tech millionaire. When I was young I rode horses as much as I could. I do believe I should have been a cowboy. I'm getting in the saddle again by taking riding lessons and see where it goes.
